Stupid Government Waste.com

Could it get any worse!?!?! I opened up the Sacramento Bee the other day and saw two stories that just floored me. First, was an article highlighting that 22,000 California teachers are about to get pink slips due to budget cuts. The second was a story about how the incoming speaker of the Assembly, John Perez, had just given raises to his staff, including a $65,000 a year raise to his chief of staff, Sara Ramirez. Come on! $65,000!?!?! You could pay 2 teachers with that. Sara Ramirez now makes $190,008 in her "job" as chief of staff. WTF? That's more than the Governor makes, forget the fact he donates his entire salary back to the State of California. Wake up Sacramento!!! Join me in voting this year FOR ANYONE WHO IS NOT AN INCUMBENT! I don't care what party you are. If you are an incumbent, I intend to help sweep you out of office you pigs!
